Awkward.....

Hey guys,
Just a little short note....
Apparently one of my traffic sources is Kallery.net....There's nothing wrong with the Korea Online Gallery, it's just the fact that the certain link that my traffic source was from was of the nude section of that gallery.
Ummm....Just awkward.  I don't have a problem with you guys looking at those pictures, I don't mean offense or anything, it's just that, how did a nude section of an online gallery notice my blog?
Again, no offense, seriously, but....Yes, this is very awkward to talk about. 
I know if I thought it was too awkward, I wouldn't talk about it, but I just want to know why.  Could you tell me? If you don't want to comment, at least E-mail me at hackergirl858@gmail.com instead of leaving me in awkard confusion....
The good thing about this, though, is that I learned my blog has been noticed by Korea! Seriously, on the map in my Stats page, it shows that Korea is my....only....audience.  Yes, a bit of Forever Alone there, but I still have an audience.  Thanks Korea!
But please still E-mail me with reasoning...

    I'm having the same problem. I feel something fishy about this. I have three blogs and all of them have the same traffic source. I fear in an unfortunate moment our blogs may be compromised or something. We should do something about it.

    I know I'm pretty random here,
    but I googled "what is Kallery.net" and found you blog. Mine is also traffic sourced from that site. I'm thinking it's a site that's up to no good. Probably with a virus or something... I also have traffic sources from myhealthscore.com and devscripts.net. Do you have those too?
    Naseem said we should do something.. but what can we really do?

    I bet that it is some random feat of advertising. When I click on it in my traffic sources, it takes me to a page where you can get web widgets from Kallery for your blog. It is possible that Kallery is implanting widgets into our blogs without our permissions....probably through javascript injection or something. It is pretty alarming.

    I keep getting the same result as well (also from a site called filmhill.com, which ALSO has links leading to pornography). So definitely awkward right there, especially since I review kids books as well. Doubly awkward!

    It's called ""referral spam" google it.
    But, don't click the links that's what they want you to do. That's how they make their money, if you stop clicking it will lessen. I would suggest not to click any links that pop up as Referring URLs and sites.

    Yes, we have no Bananas....I too, felt a little queer about the link. It also shows that my blog is being looked at by the Russians! Yes, I am sure the Ruskies have my best interests at heart, luv....What I do is take my blog off-line for about a week to clear these idiots out..Their bots keep searching for your blog link and after awhile if they cannot find it, they give up..SO give it a shot..Do it....Do it....Do it...

    Yep. Kallery is one of the several referer spam. This one comes from Korea. I only got this recently.

    Most of the referer SPAM I got come from Russia with sites like Yandex, liveinternet, etc. There was even a youtube page in the same racket.

    This referer SPAM is like - not like, exactly is - telemarketer, ignore them and they'll go away. If you click them, they will keep hitting your page.

    How do I block Kallery.net? It's really annoying. I'm also getting it all over my blogs, and I don't think it's a real audience. As you guys said, some kind of trick to get us to click it.

    Every Blogger blog faces the situation. I have created over 10 blogger blog. Every blog got its first visit from this site. I think its spam. When I click on the link shown linking to my blog I do not see any link to my blog. Anyway

      Unfortunately, I do not believe there is a way to block them. They attach to blogs like parasites (exactly what they are!!). Do not click on them. It's the same as clicking on spam or sending a response to Spam mail. Keep blogging and ignore the "fake" stats that these sites give. I'm starting a blog just for a list of these garbage sites.     i read a article if you include that kallery crwod in your blog they will target you. I was targetted from them and sent a feed back form to google blog. Next thing i knew it does not hit me anymore
    So this blog will always be hit because it is now a keyword it looks for and smashes it to death
